Street Renaming Ceremony Monday, April 5th, 2004, at 10:30am. Ceremony honoring the memory of Lieutenant Vincent Halloran, L-8. North Moore Street between West Broadway & Varick in Manhattan. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform. Annual Palm Sunday Mass at Brooklyn Wall of Remembrance On Sunday, April 4th, 2004 at 1300 hours, the Annual Palm Sunday Mass honoring fallen Brooklyn members of FDNY, NYPD, and PAPD will be held at the Brooklyn Wall of Remembrance at Keyspan Park, 1904 Surf Avenue, Coney Island, NY.
