Surveillance of Mosque Vicinity on 9-11

The Dept has notified the UFA that the NYPD will be video taping the entire street and vicinity of Park Place, where the proposed Mosque is located. The media will also have cameras in the area. We are advising FFs to consider avoiding this location if at all possible.
