Pre-Tour Overtime

Without prior notification to the UFA, the Dept sent a memo to certain companies instructing members to report early for the 6 x 9 tour at 1600 hours tonight and Sunday night. The Dept has acknowledged that it should have consulted with the UFA about this matter. Pursuant to discussion with the Chief or Operations, members are entitled to “Other OT” for these two hours. Members who are scheduled for that tour, but unable to be present at 1600 hours, are not required to work the pre-tour two hours OT.
