CHAUFFEURS: Do Not Fill Out Queens Modified Response Pilot Survey

A memo dated November 23 from the Queens Borough Command -- with an attached survey for "all seated chauffeurs" to complete -- was distributed to all Queens units. The UFA was not notified by the Department about this survey, which it claims will be used to "evaluate the program."

All chauffeurs are strongly advised NOT to fill out this survey until the UFA has had the opportunity to review it -- and to advise you of our recommendations.
