Battalion Advisory Committee Meeting - re: Contract

In accordance with the UFA Constitution, a Special Battalion Delegate meeting will take place in the UFA meeting room on the 4th floor on Tuesday, November 1st at 1100 hours. The UFA Constitution states:         

“At this meeting a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding of the proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement; including all available Articles, Schedules and attachments; and the vote of each member of the Executive Board shall be presented to the Battalion Advisory Committee. After discussion, a non-binding vote shall be taken for the purpose of informing the UFA membership of the committee’s position on the proposed collective bargaining agreement.”
 
IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL COMPANIES WITH BATTALION DELEGATES ASSIGNED THERE:

It is important that the senior on-duty member tonight insures that a company member personally telephones the Battalion Delegate to notify him of this message regarding the meeting on November 1st. The Battalion Delegate should be asked to directly call his Borough Trustee this evening or tomorrow to confirm attendance or who will attend in his absence. THIS IS URGENT AND IMPORTANT!
