  The contract ballot count will take place on December 29th. We are currently in the process of identifying the dates of the retro and rate payments (upon contract ratification). 
   
  Members who wish to adjust the Deferred Compensation (457) & 401k contributions need a PIN # and should call client services
  212-306-7760. If you do not have a PIN #, please call client services. They will provide you with one via mail in order for
  you to adjust your plan. 
   
  You can put up to 50% of each check into Deferred Compensation (457).  If you also have a 401k, you can put a combined total of 70% of your paycheck into it. Total contributions for 2006 cannot exceed $15,000 ($20,000 if over 50 years old) for the year. 
   
  ***Anyone who hasn’t received a ballot by Thursday,
  December 22nd, should call the American Arbitration Association at 1-800-529-5218
