Light Duty Schedule Change Documentation

The UFA requires documentation in order to assist in our fight to reverse the Dept's recently implemented light duty schedule changes. All members who are assigned to light duty and have had their schedules changed in 2007 are strongly urged to fill out the PDF FORM.
