Two Hospitalized, Dog Rescued Following TriBeCa Fire

Two people were hospitalized and a dog was rescued following a fire in TriBeCa Wednesday afternoon.

Flames broke out on the second floor of a five-story building on Church Street.

Four people were safely removed from the building. One was being treated Wednesday for smoke inhalation, and another had a leg injury.

A small dog also received medical attention, along with a firefighter who sustained minor injuries.

The cause of the fire was still under investigation Wednesday night.
