Ladder Company 125 in Fresh Meadows recently celebrated 100 years of dedicated service to the community and the city.

Members of Ladder Co. 125 have received numerous unit citations and Fire Department medals over the past century, including honors for saving the lives of four people at a fire in Jamaica.
