A Bronx construction worker died yesterday after falling into a truck full of wet cement, authorities said.

Roman Gonzalez, 40, was trying to clear a blockage in the truck - which stores and pumps out cement - when he fell in at about 4:30 p.m. and got stuck, police said. The truck was parked in front of 438 East 166th Street in Morrisania, police said.

Firefighters were able to pull Gonzalez out of the massive rotating mixer, but he suffered a massive heart attack.

He was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he died a short time later.
