A Brooklyn woman who was killed in a massive explosion in her Cypress Hills apartment apparently took her own life, authorities said yesterday.

The body of Gladie Doxa, 39, was discovered at 10:37 a.m. Saturday in the bedroom of her Linwood Street apartment near Arlington Avenue, police said.

Minutes earlier, Doxa, a nurse, had apparently ignited a combustible liquid, triggering the explosion that rocked the quiet neighborhood, authorities said.

Her husband, Adler, 36, an electrician, was working in New Jersey at the time of the blast.

Their son, Joseph, arrived home to find cops and firefighters probing the fatal blast.

"Is my mom OK?" Joseph pleaded with cops. "What's going on with my mother?"

Next-door neighbor Jorge Sequeiram, 16, said, "I was in the dining room. I felt the house trembling. I heard a boom. There was dust coming from the ceiling. I told my mom, 'Let's get out.'
