Twenty-two firefighters and three civilians were slightly injured yesterday morning during a five-alarm fire in the Longwood section of the Bronx that took more than two hours to control, the Fire Department said. Firefighters received the first report of the fire, at 509 Concord Avenue, at 4:22 a.m., and more than 200 firefighters responded, fire officials said. Five three-story wooden row houses had been destroyed by the time the fire was under control at 6:50 a.m., fire officials said. A resident, Aida Acevedo, said she was awakened shortly after 4 a.m. "I heard a woman scream," she said. "I heard her yell, 'Fire!' " A Red Cross official said that more than 20 people from 15 apartments would be displaced, and that about 60 people had been evacuated.
