(CBS) QUEENS Flames engulfed eight stores in Queens this morning just after 2 a.m. Dozens of firefighters are on scene, and brought the three-alarm blaze under control. The commercial building is located on the corner of Roosevelt Avenue and 104th Street.

The stores inside the building include a gift shop, a bakery and a small grocery store.

"I used to work there on one of the floors. And that's the one (firefighters) are working on," said Ralph Aiello, the owner of the building.

The Fire Department says one firefighter suffered minor injuries battled the blaze.

Officials report that train service on the No. 7 line is suspended.
