People's Firehouse Rally

In an effort to keep their local firehouse off the chopping
block, the local community leaders and neighbors of E-212 are staging a press conference/rally on Sunday, March 9th at 1pm in front of E-212 quarters (c/o Wythe & N. 8th St., Brooklyn).

World Police-Fire Games Meeting at UFA

A meeting will take place on the 4th floor at the UFA office on Tuesday, March 11th, 2003 at 11am. Individual participants are invited, and teams are asked to send a representative to discuss available hotel accommodations, airlines and other event issues. The Games take place July 27 -- August 3 in Barcelona, Spain this Summer. Over 300 FDNY members normally participate, and over 10,000 athletes from around theworld compete.

Las Vegas Night in Memory of E201 Brothers

In memory of Lt. Paul Martini, FF Greg Buck, FF John Schardt & FF Christopher Pickford. Proceeds go to NYFF Burn Center Foundation, Elsasser Fund & E201 Missing Members' Fund. Saturday, March 15th from 7pm to 1am at OLPH Notre Dame Hall, 59th St. (bet. 5th & 6th Ave.), Brooklyn. No one under 21 permitted. $30 at door, in exchange for $50 in chips.
