If the Department Raids Your Firehouse...

If the Dept. conducts a raid of your firehouse and wants to urine test any or all the members present, contact the on-duty Trustee immediately. The Trustee, and each member, should make it clear that they do not consent to the testing and will submit to it only if ordered by the Chief in charge.

If ordered, you should request that your opposition to the test--and the fact you were ordered--be noted in the Company Journal. The Trustee on-duty will notify UFA counsel, Ron Kliegerman, Mike Block or Mike Axelrod immediately after learning of the raid, for appearance at the firehouse if circumstances warrant.
